Job Description:

As a History Teacher at Beykoz Doga Campus, you will be responsible for teaching history to students, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of historical events and their impact on the present and future. You will create an engaging and dynamic classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and a love for learning. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to the holistic development of students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and engage students in the study of history.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
• Utilize educational technologies, including smart boards, to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and activities.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and school events to support the overall school community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in History Teaching or a related field with pedagogical formation.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.
• For male candidates, completion of military service or a deferral for at least 2 years.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using educational technologies and smart boards.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and innovative in teaching methods.
