Role Overview: Homeroom Teacher
As a Homeroom Teacher, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students and their families. You will manage day-to-day classroom operations, deliver core subjects, and support students’ social and emotional development. The role requires collaboration with fellow educators to create a well-rounded and inclusive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom instruction across multiple core subjects
- Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom culture
- Monitor academic progress and provide individualized support
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Participate in grade-level planning and school events
- Encourage students’ personal growth and character development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience as a homeroom or elementary teacher
- Experience with international curricula preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools for teaching
