Role Summary: Homeroom Teacher
As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding students through a well-rounded academic and social learning experience. You will deliver integrated lessons, monitor student progress, and foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. The role requires collaboration with fellow educators and regular communication with parents to support student development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a homeroom or similar role
- Strong understanding of child development and interdisciplinary teaching
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using technology to support instruction
- Proactive, reflective, and committed to continuous professional growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with students, families, and staff
