Role: Homeroom Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards to support academic growth.
- Guide students in developing strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and student mentorship programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field.
- A valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a Dubai school (mandatory).
- Strong passion for student engagement, mentorship, and holistic learning.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork.
