Role: Humanities Teacher
We are seeking a qualified Humanities teacher with the skills to engage students across key disciplines such as History, Geography, and Global Perspectives. The successful candidate will bring creativity, collaboration, and passion into the classroom while maintaining high academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons aligned with the British curriculum
- Inspire critical thinking and a global perspective among students
- Use formative and summative assessment strategies to track student progress
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design and school initiatives
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
- Strong subject knowledge across Humanities disciplines
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and international education standards
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
