Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified IB DP Mathematics Teacher who can deliver effective, engaging lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme framework. The successful candidate will support students in developing strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach IB DP Mathematics (Analysis & Approaches and/or Applications & Interpretation)
- Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations
- Foster a growth mindset and academic excellence through inquiry-based learning
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized academic support
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning and curriculum alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Valid teaching credential (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in IB or equivalent international curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficient in using technology to support student learning
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
