Role Overview
The IB MYP Math Teacher will design and deliver engaging math lessons that develop problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. The role involves teaching within the IB MYP framework, guiding students through inquiry-based learning, and preparing them for future academic success in the IB Diploma Programme. Teachers at TCIS actively collaborate with colleagues, integrate technology into instruction, and contribute to both classroom and extracurricular initiatives that enrich the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction aligned with the IB MYP curriculum
- Create engaging units that promote inquiry, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Assess and monitor student progress with constructive feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least three years of teaching experience, ideally in an IB or international school setting
- Strong knowledge of the IB MYP Math curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and innovation in teaching
- Fluency in spoken and written English
