Role Overview

The IB MYP Mathematics Teacher will play a key role in guiding students through the fundamentals and advanced concepts of mathematics. The position requires delivering engaging lessons, developing critical thinking skills, and preparing students for further studies in mathematics and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework
• Foster analytical and problem-solving skills through engaging classroom activities
• Develop assessments that track progress and encourage growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the math curriculum
• Integrate technology and modern teaching tools into daily lessons

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of mathematics teaching experience, preferably in international or IB schools
• Strong knowledge of the IB MYP framework and math pedagogy
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to inspire students in a multicultural setting
