Role Overview: IB PYP English Teacher
The successful candidate will teach English Language Arts as part of the PYP curriculum to primary-aged students. You will design engaging, student-centered lessons that integrate literacy skills with transdisciplinary learning. Your role will support students in becoming confident communicators and lifelong readers and writers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English instruction aligned with the IB PYP
- Plan lessons that support inquiry-based and concept-driven learning

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least two years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of language development and primary literacy skills
- Familiarity with the IB PYP framework preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents
