BTEC ICT Teacher, Spain

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BTEC ICT Teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching ICT and have a strong background in delivering the BTEC curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related subject area.
• Relevant teaching certification (QTS, PGCE).
• Proven track record of successful teaching experience, particularly with the BTEC curriculum.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development and Delivery:
   • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality BTEC ICT lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
   • Develop engaging and innovative teaching materials and methods to enhance the learning experience.
2. Assessment and Evaluation:
   • Assess students’ work regularly, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress.
   • Prepare students for BTEC assessments and examinations, ensuring they meet all required standards.
3. Classroom Management:
   • Create a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
   • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a respectful and orderly classroom.
4. Technology Integration:
   • Integrate the latest ICT tools and technologies into the classroom to enhance learning.
   • Encourage students to develop practical ICT skills and knowledge applicable in real-world scenarios.
5. Professional Development:
   • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and develop interdisciplinary projects.
6. Student Support:
   • Provide additional support to students who need extra help with ICT concepts.
   • Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment to help students achieve their potential.
