Role Overview
The IGCSE English Teacher will play a vital role in guiding secondary students through the Cambridge English curriculum, including preparation for IGCSE examinations. This position requires an educator who can design engaging, student-centered lessons, develop strong literacy and communication skills, and inspire a love for English language and literature. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the IGCSE framework
- Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE assessments and examinations
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience, ideally in an international school
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Commitment to continuous professional development
