Role Overview
The IGCSE Mathematics Teacher will teach mathematics across secondary grade levels with a strong focus on the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The teacher will design engaging lessons that encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and real-world applications of mathematics. In this role, you will help prepare students for IGCSE examinations while inspiring a genuine love for learning math.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach mathematics following the Cambridge IGCSE framework
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that meet diverse student needs
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations
- Promote problem-solving, inquiry, and independent learning
- Provide constructive feedback to support continuous progress
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience, ideally with IGCSE or international curricula
- Strong knowledge of secondary mathematics teaching methods
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
