Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English language instruction to ESL learners
• Design engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned with students’ proficiency levels
• Develop year plans, unit plans, and clear learning objectives
• Implement interactive and student-centered teaching strategies
• Assess and track students’ language development and provide targeted feedback
• Incorporate technology and a range of learning materials to enhance instruction
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to student reports
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and integration into mainstream classes

Qualifications:

• BTESL, BA TESL, or a related degree in English or Education
• Postgraduate teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of ESL or IEP teaching experience in international or multicultural settings
• Strong background in differentiated instruction and assessment
• Familiarity with the IB curriculum is preferred
