Role: International Early Years Teacher
As an International Early Years Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons based on the British National Curriculum and the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
- Creating a positive, play-based learning environment that supports developmental milestones.
- Promoting early literacy, numeracy, and social skills in young learners through age-appropriate activities.
- Building strong relationships with students and parents to support each child’s individual growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the school’s early years program.
- Using formative assessments to track student progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in early years or a similar setting
- Sound knowledge of the British National Curriculum and IPC methodology
- Strong classroom management skills and a caring approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Commitment to professional development and child-centered learning
