Role Overview: International Primary Homeroom Teacher
In this position, you will lead a primary classroom and facilitate a balanced curriculum that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and personal development. You will deliver lessons aligned with the IPC framework and encourage hands-on, inquiry-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lessons that reflect IPC standards and objectives
- Build a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom culture
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress
- Collaborate with subject specialists and fellow homeroom teachers
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student growth
- Participate actively in professional development and school events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with IPC
- Deep understanding of primary education and holistic development
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, planning, and classroom management skills
- Passionate about child-centered and international education
- Skilled in integrating educational technology into teaching
