Role: International Secondary Mathematics Teacher
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and IGCSE levels. The teacher will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and rigorous Math lessons
- Prepare students for success in IGCSE Mathematics examinations
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet different learning needs
- Promote critical thinking and problem-solving through real-world math applications
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the school’s Math curriculum
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and academically driven classroom culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least two years of experience teaching Mathematics at the KS3 and IGCSE level
- In-depth knowledge of the British National Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse international school setting
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
