Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the British curriculum for Key Stage 2 students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress, ensuring individualized support to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement cross-curricular activities and projects.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s academic and personal development.
• Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject; a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within a British or Cambridge curriculum setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to nurturing the whole child.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and a positive, collaborative attitude.
