Role Overview: Kindergarten 3 Homeroom Teacher
As a Kindergarten 3 Homeroom Teacher, you will create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. You will nurture each child’s individual strengths and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or equivalent certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
- At least one year of experience in early years or a similar teaching role
- Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Passionate about working in a diverse, international school community
- Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Skilled in using educational technology to enhance student learning
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage parents and staff effectively
