Role Overview
As a Kindergarten Teacher at KIA, you will guide young learners in developing essential academic and social-emotional skills. Through engaging lessons and hands-on activities, you will encourage curiosity, independence, and creativity while fostering a love for learning in both English and Japanese contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, inquiry-based Kindergarten lessons
- Support students’ holistic growth through academic and social development
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in international or bilingual schools
- Strong knowledge of early years pedagogy and international curricula
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and innovation in teaching
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Japanese ability is a plus
- Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and bilingual learning environment
