Role Overview: Kindergarten Teacher
As a Kindergarten Teacher at MISA, you will provide a nurturing, engaging, and supportive learning experience that promotes early cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will design hands-on, age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational academic skills in a multicultural classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with international early years curriculum standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support each child’s individual learning journey with care and consistency
- Communicate proactively with parents, caregivers, and school staff
- Use technology and creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement
- Contribute to school-wide events, activities, and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- At least two years of kindergarten or early years teaching experience
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for child-centered, inquiry-based learning
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and dedicated to professional development
