Role Overview: Kindergarten Teacher

The Kindergarten Teacher will create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities include designing age-appropriate lessons, nurturing students’ social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintaining strong communication with families. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to early years curriculum development and enrichment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or equivalent certification (QTS, PGCE, or other recognized credential)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred; however, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Ability to plan creative, student-centered lessons using modern educational technology
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and school-wide improvement initiatives
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic about working in a diverse school community
