Role Overview: KS3 Science Teacher
As the KS3 Science Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the British curriculum. You’ll foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for scientific inquiry among students aged 11–14.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related subject
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally with KS3 students
- Strong familiarity with the British Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- A collaborative, proactive, and student-centered mindset
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning
