Role: Lower Elementary Teacher (Grades 1–3)

The successful candidate will:

• Teach core subjects including English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies to students in Grades 1 to 3
• Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports inquiry, creativity, and a love for learning
• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning goals
• Monitor student progress through effective assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and parents to support student growth
• Integrate Christian values and character education into daily instruction
• Participate in school events, staff development, and community-building activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or recognized certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching lower elementary grades
• Strong understanding of child development and instructional strategies for young learners
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• A heart for Christian education and cross-cultural ministry
