Responsibilities
As a Lower Elementary Teacher, you will:
- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
- Integrate faith-based learning into everyday instruction
- Assess student performance and tailor instruction to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student learning and well-being
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and communication
- Take an active role in school-wide events and curricular initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a closely related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant classroom experience
- Familiarity with the American curriculum is preferred
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in English
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian education and character formation
- Self-driven, flexible, and proactive in school improvement efforts
