Position: Lower Primary Lead Teacher

In this role, you will lead learning in the lower primary section, designing engaging lessons that promote literacy, numeracy, creativity, and inquiry. As a key member of the teaching team, you will guide student progress, support classroom routines, and contribute to curriculum development in line with the IPC.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or local equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching primary-level students
• Expertise in international primary curricula (preferably IPC)
• Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
• Enthusiastic about working in multicultural environments
• Comfortable using educational technology to enhance learning
• Collaborative, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
