Role: Lower Primary Science Teacher

As a Lower Primary Science Teacher, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging, hands-on science lessons aligned with international curriculum standards
• Foster a love for science by guiding students through age-appropriate investigations and discovery-based learning
• Encourage critical thinking and observation skills through experiments, discussions, and inquiry
• Collaborate with other primary teachers to integrate science across subjects such as math, literacy, and the arts
• Track student progress through formative and summative assessments, offering timely and constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment that supports each student’s academic and personal development
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child’s learning journey

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field
• Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching science at the primary level, ideally in an international or bilingual school setting
• Strong understanding of early childhood science pedagogy and inquiry-based learning
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with young children in a diverse, multicultural environment
• High level of fluency in spoken and written English
• Commitment to professional growth and collaborative teaching
