Role Overview: Mathematics Teacher (Cambridge IGCSE)

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics to lower and upper secondary students following the Cambridge IGCSE framework. You will use a variety of teaching strategies to foster mathematical thinking, support student progress, and prepare learners for academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet Cambridge IGCSE standards
• Develop and administer assessments to monitor student progress
• Support students with varying levels of ability and confidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics, preferably within the IGCSE framework
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
