Position Overview: Mathematics Teacher
The successful candidate will teach mathematics at the middle and high school levels, including IB MYP and DP Mathematics. The role requires the ability to deliver engaging lessons, foster analytical thinking, and support students in developing confidence and competence in mathematical concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience at the secondary school level
- Familiarity with the IB Curriculum (MYP and DP Mathematics)
- Strong classroom management skills and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using educational technology to enhance instruction
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and learning
- Passion for fostering academic excellence in a diverse school environment
