Role: Mathematics Teacher
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will create engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences that promote critical thinking and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. You will play a key role in delivering the British curriculum to secondary-level students and preparing them for future academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-planned mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Differentiate instruction to meet a range of student needs and learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly using various assessment tools
- Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular initiatives and academic goals
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through consistent communication
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level
- Deep knowledge of the British curriculum is preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and collaborative school setting
- High level of fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development
