Role: Mathematics Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Math lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum
- Create detailed year plans, unit plans, and lesson plans to ensure progression
- Establish clear learning goals and communicate them effectively to students
- Incorporate technology and a variety of resources to support conceptual understanding
- Monitor and assess student performance through classwork, assignments, and assessments
- Provide timely feedback to support student growth
- Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment initiatives
- Support extracurricular activities and school-wide academic events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent degree in Mathematics or related field
- PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international school
- Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics with a track record of student success
