This school is based in Istanbul, Turkey and is looking for Primary Mathematics Teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement contemporary mathematics education methods to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate mathematics lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages students’ social and emotional development.
• Assess and monitor student progress in mathematics proficiency, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and mathematics teaching strategies.
• Utilize technology effectively for both administrative and academic purposes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant university departments, preferably in Mathematics or Education.
• Possess pedagogical formation.
• Minimum of five years of experience in teaching mathematics at the primary school level.
• Preferably holds a master’s or doctorate degree.
• Preferably experienced in High/Scope, AP (Advanced Placement), and UbD (Understanding by Design).
• Strong background in utilizing technology for academic and administrative purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
