Position: Middle School Language Arts Teacher
As a Middle School Language Arts Teacher, you will play a vital role in enhancing students’ literacy skills while fostering a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Delivery – Design and implement engaging, student-centered lessons that align with the American curriculum.
- Literature & Writing Instruction – Teach students comprehension strategies, grammar, creative writing, and analytical skills.
- Student Engagement – Encourage classroom discussions, debates, and projects that enhance communication and critical thinking.
- Assessment & Feedback – Evaluate student progress through essays, presentations, and assessments while providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management – Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Parental & Staff Collaboration – Communicate with parents and collaborate with colleagues to support student success.
- Professional Development – Stay updated with educational best practices and participate in training opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Teaching License or certification.
- Proven experience teaching Middle School Language Arts.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for literature, writing, and student growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational tools.
