Role: Middle School Math Teacher

As a Middle School Math Teacher, you will:

• Teach core math subjects to students in Grades 6 to 8, ensuring a strong foundation in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data analysis
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning goals
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student understanding and tailor instruction accordingly
• Foster a classroom culture that encourages problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration
• Work closely with colleagues and school leadership to enhance interdisciplinary learning
• Integrate Christian values into classroom discussions and daily routines
• Participate in school events, student activities, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching middle school math
• Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Commitment to personal and professional growth within a Christian worldview
