Role: Middle School Science Teacher

As a Middle School Science Teacher, you will:

• Teach science to students in Grades 6 to 8, covering subjects such as biology, chemistry, earth science, and physics
• Create engaging lesson plans that encourage inquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking
• Design hands-on learning experiences, including labs, group projects, and field-based investigations
• Use data from assessments to adjust instruction and track student progress
• Integrate Biblical principles into classroom learning where appropriate
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to interdisciplinary projects
• Participate in school-wide events, parent meetings, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching middle school science in an international or Christian school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Dedication to Christian values and a heart for mentoring young learners
