Spanish Teacher for KG1 – Grade1, Naseem International School, Bahrain

This school is based in Manama, Bahrain and is looking for a Spanish Teacher for KG1 – Grade1.

To deliver engaging and effective Spanish language instruction to young learners in KG1 through Grade 1, fostering a love for language learning and supporting their overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Duties:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate Spanish lessons to KG1 – Grade 1 students, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and activities.
  • Create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.
  • Develop and utilize teaching materials and resources that align with the school’s curriculum and standards.


Student Support:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.
  • Address the individual learning needs of students, offering additional support and differentiation as required.
  • Encourage and develop students’ language skills through interactive and hands-on learning experiences.


Classroom Management:
  • Maintain an organized and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful learning space.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational setting.


Curriculum Development:
  • Participate actively in curriculum development and review processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the Spanish language program.
  • Stay updated with best practices in language teaching and integrate them into the classroom.


  • Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide regular updates on student progress and classroom activities.
  • Engage with the school community to promote a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field.
  • Teaching Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching young learners is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
