Role Overview
As the MS/HS French Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective French language instruction, guiding students toward fluency while fostering a deeper understanding of Francophone culture. This role requires a dynamic educator who can support students at different proficiency levels and align teaching with IB program standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach French to middle and high school students in alignment with IB frameworks
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that inspire language acquisition
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Encourage appreciation for French culture through authentic materials and activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the world languages program

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB school
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for French language and culture
- Effective classroom management and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and innovation in teaching practices
- Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment
