Role Overview
The MS/HS Mathematics Teacher will play a central role in guiding students through the Cambridge Mathematics curriculum at the secondary level. You will design engaging lessons that foster problem-solving, analytical thinking, and mathematical confidence while preparing students for success in IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to middle and high school students using the Cambridge curriculum
- Create dynamic, interactive lessons that enhance mathematical understanding
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Support students in preparing for IGCSE and A-Level examinations
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the school’s academic programs
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, clubs, and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of Mathematics teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge or international school
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing development
