Role Overview

The MS/HS Science Teacher will deliver engaging and rigorous science lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. You will help students develop strong scientific knowledge, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking while preparing them for IGCSE and A-Level Science. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to interdisciplinary projects, extracurricular activities, and school-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Science to middle and high school students across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics strands
• Prepare students for success in IGCSE and A-Level examinations
• Design and implement innovative, inquiry-based science lessons
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Use modern technologies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and enrichment
• Contribute to extracurricular clubs, activities, and community events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience teaching Science at the middle or high school level
• Familiarity with international curricula, ideally Cambridge
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Ability to inspire and motivate students in a diverse international setting
• Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
