Role Overview: Music Teacher
As a Music Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ musical skills, creativity, and appreciation of various musical genres. Your role includes preparing students for performances, fostering collaboration through ensemble activities, and contributing to the school’s wider arts program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music or Music Education
- Valid teaching license or recognized certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching music, preferably in an international school
- Proficiency in a range of musical instruments and technology-based music tools
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Committed to ongoing professional development and school-wide initiatives
