Role Overview: Nursery Teacher (Native English Speaker)

The Nursery Teacher will deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with international early years standards. This role requires a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. You will support young learners in developing foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth while collaborating closely with teaching staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood development
• Foster a warm, supportive classroom environment that encourages student exploration
• Assess and track student progress using relevant developmental milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates and collaborate on student support
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the school’s early years curriculum
• Use digital tools to enhance early learning experiences and classroom engagement
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain best teaching practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or early years certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early years or nursery education
• Native-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy
• Excellent classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a multicultural setting
