Haileybury School is committed to providing international education and teaching services for students from grades 1 to 12. The school has primary school, junior high school and high school departments . It is a full-time boarding school approved by the Tianjin Education Department and has places for day students.

Haileybury School is located in Wuqing District, Tianjin. It is the first sister school of Haileybury School, a famous century-old aristocratic school in Australia, in China . Haileybury School in Australia was founded in 1892 and is now the largest school in Australia. It enjoys a high reputation among elite schools in Australia and is a model of high-quality education. The two schools have close ties in school management, professional development, and faculty and academic resources.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Go back to school with the students on Sunday (or other back-to-school days on the school calendar) and hold a class meeting to conduct thematic education around the moral education theme of each month.
2. Use the morning self-study time to assist the deputy head teacher in organizing morning reading, record the attendance of students, observe the physical condition, appearance and mental state of students, find problems in time, record and report them. And when students are absent, investigate whether the reasons for their absence are reasonable, and notify the canteen when necessary.
3. When the bell rings during each class, patrol the student activity area and provide immediate assistance to students who seek help.
4. Inspect the class hygiene and order, carry out effective guidance and education, and ensure the class has a good environment.
5. Organize students to keep diaries, check them before evening self-study every day, pay attention to problem students in class, educate and deal with them according to the student management method. Before evening self-study every day, check students’ attendance and improper behavior in 3sys, educate students and deal with problems according to school regulations.
6. At noon, the head teacher should patrol the classroom to ensure that students do not behave inappropriately.
7. During the long breaks, talk with students in a purposeful and planned manner and keep records.
8. The evening study class teacher is obliged to be on duty to manage the evening study, record attendance, maintain discipline and ensure that students use this time effectively.
9. The head teacher should participate in dormitory management, educate students, and help smooth communication between the school and parents. If there are serious disciplinary problems, the head teacher should provide necessary assistance according to the living area management flow chart.
10. Attend the class teacher meetings every week to discuss issues such as student management and home-school communication.
11. Under the leadership of the branch director, make good plans for branch activities and organize students to complete corresponding branch activities.
12. Establish a class committee system and cultivate a team of class cadres.
13. Complete other tasks arranged by the school or department, such as accepting additional urgent tasks assigned by school leaders, or returning to school early to prepare for the start of school, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or above and more than 2 years of working experience in teaching or moral education related positions.
2. Have a good foundation in English, CET-4 or above, which can be used as working language
3. Have good communication skills and teamwork skills
4. Be able to use office software proficiently
5. Able to bear work pressure
6. Ability to live on campus
