SENIOR ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE

TH School

This school is based in Hanoi, Vietnam and is looking for a SENIOR ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The overarching responsibility for the Senior Admissions Executive is to support the teams to work with corporate customers through which to provide high-quality admissions services to students and parents The Senior Admissions Executive’s role is to work with the corporates for cooperate with TH School. This position will also administer the admissions process for entry into TH Schools across from K to 12 grades. The main purpose of the role is to support the Admissions Manager and SLT in ensuring the school’s recruitment targets are met; to handle all aspects of the school’s admissions process warmly, professionally and efficiently with a view to maximizing the number of inquiries, visits, registrations and joiners. It is also the responsibility of the Senior Admissions Executive to ensure that the admissions database is at all times up to date with the prerequisite information on prospective families and their status In order to fulfill this responsibility, the Senior Admissions Executive will:

• Liaise with corporate clients including Embassies, Authorities, Parent groups…to enroll the children to TH School
• Together with other team members to respond promptly to admissions inquiries and to follow up all inquiries by phone, email or letter in a timely fashion.
• Understanding well about school products. To keep abreast of achievements, events, activities and developments at TH schools so this information can be shared with prospective families.
• Implement all admissions activities for the school including attending recruitment related events and being the school’s representative, providing information to prospective parents and students about the school in a professional manner.
• Implement a reliable and easily accessible filing and checking procedure so that all required information is obtained and made available to the Principal, Heads of School and the line manager upon their request.
• To maintain the database, ensuring that all information gathered via enquiry forms or online forms and in interactions by phone or email is captured and recorded.
• To update the database regularly to ensure that the status is live at all times and that School database is the central repository for all information about and contact with prospective families.
• A critical success factor of the post is the ability to build rapport with and develop strong relationships on the phone and in person with prospective parents as well as the current parents.
• Liaise with the school’s Marketing Department to develop materials to attract prospective parents and students and to participate in marketing events and activities when required.
• To coordinate with Marketing Dept to organize and follow up with promotional events for prospective parents such as Open Days and Taster Days
• Coordinate with related departments in order to complete the admissions process professionally and successfully.
• Undertake any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time required by the line Manager JOB SPECIFICATIONS MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL

 

QUALIFICATION

• Vietnamese

• University degree in Business subjects is preferable RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Have experience in education and at least 5 years working experience in sales.

• Have wide network & rich experience with corporate clients.
