Role Overview
The Physical Education Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. The role involves teaching across different grade levels, organizing sports activities, and guiding students to develop lifelong skills in physical wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach Physical Education lessons for students across multiple grade levels
- Organize school sports programs, competitions, and extracurricular activities
- Promote values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Support students in achieving both physical fitness and academic balance
- Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology into lessons
- Collaborate with staff to enhance the overall school experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in PE, preferably in an international setting
- Strong knowledge of international curricula such as Cambridge
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Independent, proactive, and committed to continuous professional growth
- Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural, international school environment
