Role Overview: Physics Teacher (Cambridge IGCSE)
As a Physics Teacher, you will deliver the Cambridge IGCSE Physics curriculum, ensuring that students gain a deep understanding of scientific principles, problem-solving techniques, and laboratory skills. You will create engaging lessons, apply inquiry-based learning strategies, and support students in achieving their full academic potential in science.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related science field
- International teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Physics or a similar role
- Experience with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum is strongly preferred
- Expertise in secondary-level physics education
- Effective classroom management and lesson delivery skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Passion for science education and student development
- Ability to integrate technology and hands-on experiments to enhance learning
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and parents
