Responsibilities:
  • Teach high school physics courses in accordance with the school’s curriculum and standards.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize technology effectively for instructional purposes and administrative tasks.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and participate in professional development activities.
  • Engage students in national and international project competitions, demonstrating leadership and mentorship.

 

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics Education from Education Faculties or Physics Department of Science Faculties at universities.
  • Completed pedagogical formation (pedagogical training/certification).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching high school physics.
  • Proficiency in advanced English, capable of delivering classes in English.
  • Preferably experienced in AP (Advanced Placement), IB (International Baccalaureate) Programs, and UbD (Understanding by Design) lesson planning.
  • Ability to effectively integrate educational technologies into teaching practices.
  • Leadership experience in guiding students through national and international project competitions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in VEX Robotics for STEM education, robot design, and coding is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for teaching and a high level of motivation to inspire and educate students.
