Role Overview: Pre-K Homeroom Teacher
The successful candidate will guide Pre-Kindergarten students through their foundational learning journey. As the homeroom teacher, you will deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth. You will create a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning. You will also collaborate closely with parents and fellow educators to support each child’s development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
- Demonstrated experience in an early years classroom setting
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Passion for teaching and learning in an international school environment
- Ability to design engaging and differentiated learning experiences
- Confidence in integrating technology into early childhood education
- Commitment to continuous professional development
