Role Overview: Pre-School Teacher
KIS seeks a qualified Pre-School Teacher who can create a joyful and engaging classroom experience for young learners. The ideal candidate will use developmentally appropriate practices to design lessons, assess student progress, and foster positive relationships with children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, child-centered lessons
- Support language development through English immersion
- Promote social-emotional skills through structured play and interaction
- Monitor individual learning progress and document milestones
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers to align early years pedagogy
- Participate in school events, training, and community-building activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of experience in early years or pre-school settings
- Strong understanding of international early childhood frameworks
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
