Role Overview: Pre-School Teacher
As a Pre-School Teacher, you will create a nurturing classroom environment where children feel secure, engaged, and inspired to explore. You will implement creative lessons that support developmental milestones in language, motor skills, social-emotional learning, and foundational academics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Use interactive, hands-on learning strategies to encourage curiosity
- Observe and assess student progress regularly
- Communicate effectively with parents about student development
- Collaborate with fellow educators on curriculum planning and school initiatives
- Integrate technology to support student learning when appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience teaching preschool or early years
- Familiarity with international early childhood curricula is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal, classroom management, and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic, independent, and growth-oriented
- Committed to lifelong learning and school community engagement
