Role Overview: Preschool English Teacher
The Preschool English Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English. This role focuses on language development, literacy skills, and holistic child development. You will work closely with fellow educators to implement a balanced, inquiry-driven curriculum that supports every child’s unique learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver interactive, child-centered English language lessons
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and document student development and progress
- Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff in curriculum planning
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Integrate technology and creative tools to enhance instruction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IPC, Montessori, Reggio Emilia)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about early learning
