Role Overview: Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher, you will guide young learners through their early development stages using engaging, inquiry-based methods. You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports cognitive, emotional, and language growth. Experience with early years Cambridge curriculum or a similar international framework will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with early years learning outcomes
• Foster social-emotional and language development through interactive storytelling, play, and structured activities
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enrich the early childhood program
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom experiences
• Use technology to enhance instruction and engage students
• Support the values and ethos of BBS in all classroom and school-wide activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or international teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
• At least 3 years of experience teaching preschool or early childhood
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum or similar international frameworks
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive in curriculum development and school initiatives
